Tired of manually registering guest check-ins? With Check-in Scan you can stop. The platform automatically sends the guest check-in form to the National Police, Civil Guard, Ertzaintza (Basque Police), and Mossos d'Esquadra (Catalan Police). We also have direct integration with SES.HOSPEDAJES (varies by country + link), including the registration of minors (required by law in different regions).

Our software will automatically send the guest check-in form to the authorities within 24 hours of guests checking into the accommodation, as stipulated by Royal Decree 933/2021 (link to Royal Decree article).

This integration allows us to automate the process of direct data communication with the authorities. We have integrations with authorities in Spain, Portugal, Italy, and Croatia

Once the check-in process is complete, your traveler registration data will be stored on our servers (2048-bit SSL encryption), generating a record book with all the information required by law. Leave paper behind and save resources, time, and money.

Using the information provided by the guest at check-in, you can access customized rental agreements from the web control panel (the reservation price will not be displayed in these agreements). You will have the option to adapt the rental agreements depending on the characteristics of each property type.
