Differences between types of ETVs in Mallorca

  • ETV60: It can be applied to both single-family and multi-family homes, as long as they are the owner's main residence.

License Duration

  • ETV: Indefinite, does not require renewal.
  • ETVPL: It is valid for 5 years, renewable.
  • ETV60: It also has a duration of 5 years, renewable.

Allowed Rental Period

  • ETV: Allows tourist rentals throughout the year.
  • ETVPL: It also allows tourist rentals without seasonal restrictions.
  • ETV60: Only allows tourist rentals for a maximum of 60 days a year, distributed over two non-consecutive months (excluding July and August).
