What does the app control panel include?

Getting started guide and first steps

In order to get the most out of the application, it is recommended to complete the first steps:

Account creation
Email confirmation
Login to the app and a test check-in
Property registration from the control panel
Performing the first check-in
Adding billing information
Integration with PMS
Complete the profile

Check-ins section

Here you can observe the historical Check-Ins made with the information of the host and the dates of Check-Ins and Check-Out.

You can download the part of travelers, the rental contract and export the guest records in PDF or Excel.

Properties Section

In the properties section you can add and edit the information of your property or group of properties. You will also have the option to control from here all the integrations with the authorities, Icals, obtain the traveler report of the different properties, add rooms, access the QR to self-check-in and activate the option to create contracts.

Agents section

You can add agents, who are trusted people who can check-in guests at your properties. Once added, you will receive an email with the necessary instructions to use the application.

Reservations section

In the reservations section, you will find all the information related to the reservations made by guests:

Reservation locator.
Description.
Property on which it was carried out.
Pax
Entry and exit date
Reservation instructions
Add reservations manually

You will have the option to personalize reservations by making various configurations in the available options, as well as activate and deactivate notifications.

Frequent questions about Check-in Scan control panel

Go to Properties/My properties in the main menu, press the orange Edit button, to delete the property go to the options tab and click on the red button at the bottom right of “Delete this property”.

From the control panel, go to Properties/My Properties and click on the orange “Edit” button. If the rooms tab is disabled, go to options to enable it from there. Once this is done, we can access the Rooms tab and add as many rooms as we want with the orange +Add room button.
