What does the application control panel include?

Getting Started Guide

To get the most out of the application, it is recommended to complete the first steps:

Account creation
Email confirmation
Log in to the app and complete a test check-in
Property registration from the control panel
Performing the first check-in
Addition of billing information

Check-ins section

Here you can view the check-in history with guest information and check-in and check-out dates.

You can download the guest report, the rental agreement, and export guest records as PDFs or Excel files.

Properties section

In the properties section, you can add and edit information about your property or group of properties. You can also manage all integrations with authorities and iCals, obtain guest reports for different properties, add rooms, access the QR code for self check-in, and activate the contract creation option.

Agents' section

You can add agents, who are trusted individuals authorized to check guests into your properties. Once added, they will receive an email with instructions on how to use the app.

Reservations section

In the reservations section, you will find all the information related to reservations made by guests:

Booking locator.
Description.
Property where it has been carried out.
Pax
Entry and exit dates
Booking instructions
Add reservations manually

You will have the option to customize bookings by making various configurations in the available options, as well as activating and deactivating notifications.

Frequently asked questions about the Check-in Scan control panel

Go to Properties/My Properties in the main menu, press the orange Edit button, to delete the property go to the options tab and click on the red button at the bottom right of “Delete this property”.

From the control panel, go to Properties/My Properties and click the orange "Edit" button. If the Rooms tab is disabled, go to Options to enable it. Once you've done this, you can access the Rooms tab and add as many rooms as you want using the orange +Add Room button.
