Fully automated In-Person Check-in Process

QR code scanning

Once the guest is in the facilities, they must be provided with the QR code so they can begin their check-in process. In the event that you cannot scan the code, we can always begin the check-in from the platform.

Identity verification

Subsequently, the MRZ code (alphanumeric digits that usually appear on the back of the identity document or passport) must be scanned, automatically recording the required data.

Signature

Once the identification document is scanned, the registration will be completed with the digital signature made with the finger or with a pointer.

Sending data to the corresponding authorities

Once the online check-in process has been completed, the registration data will automatically be sent to the corresponding authorities, complying with all legal requirements.

Frequently asked questions about the In-Person Check-in process

The Check-in Scan platform regulates guest data and stores them to review all data before sending them to the authorities. These data are sent automatically at 11 at night to the corresponding authorities, as the current legislation marks.
