Scanning the QR code

When guests arrive, you simply display or send them your unique QR code. They scan it to start the check-in process. If needed, you can also begin the process directly from your Check-in Scan dashboard.

Frequently asked questions about the in-person check-in process

The Check-in Scan platform records guest data and stores it so that all information can be reviewed before being sent to the authorities. This data is automatically sent to the relevant authorities at 11 p.m., as required by current legislation.

The scan should be done on the back of the documents, scanning the MRZ code on the ID card or passport. Simply frame the camera to capture the data correctly.

If it is impossible to scan the QR code to start the check-in process, it can always be done manually from the platform itself.
