The Alloggiati web portal is an online guest registration portal used by those responsible for tourist accommodation and which belongs to the state police . This portal allows the owners or managers of tourist accommodation to digitally communicate the data of the guests staying in their establishments, completing the traveler report. The intention of this portal is to replace the communication of guest registration in person to be able to carry out the procedures online.

To be able to enter the Alloggiati web portal, you must obtain access credentials . Credentials can be obtained at the nearest police station. In order to register, the police station will ask you for your activity license or SUAP receipt , the VAT item and the personal documents of the person responsible for the tourist accommodation . If the owner of the accommodation cannot attend in person or has doubts about the documents he must provide in order to obtain credentials to the Alloggiati web portal, we recommend calling the nearest police station.
The credentials that the police will offer you will consist of a username , a password and a PUK . Once the access credentials have been obtained, you will be able to enter the platform through a single-use OTP and make traveler registration communications. Once inside the platform you will find the option to click on submit accommodation. In this section, you will be able to complete and transmit a guest form. When a single person arrives at the facility, the state police define him or her as a sole guest ; However, when a group arrives, the state police consider one of the guests to be the main guest and people linked to him. To register a single guest, you must simply fill out the traveler report with the information shown below; However, when we are faced with the case of a main guest who is the leader of a group of people, he must add his own traveler report as well as that of the people who belong to the group. In the event that guests stay at the accommodation for more than 1 night, you will have up to 24 hours to register with the state police . If guests only stay 1 night at the accommodation, you will have up to 6 hours to communicate the data . In both cases, when registering guests, you will receive a signed acknowledgment of receipt with a digital signature that you must keep for 5 years. Remember that, in the case of guests staying for at least 30 days, registration on the Alloggiati Web portal is replaced by registration of the rental contract at the Revenue Agency .
If you do not want to register guests on the Alloggiati web portal, you will be committing an illegality, since in art. 109 of the TULPS states that the registration of guests must be completely mandatory and you will be reported to the Prosecutor's Office . Penalties for not registering guests are usually economical , increasing the amount with respect to the severity of the crime committed.
If the Alloggiati web portal is not available, the guest registry must be sent a certified or PEC email , where the following information must be indicated: In the subject you must indicate “Accommodations of the day XX/XX/20XX” (day, month and year), name of the tourist accommodation and access number (user). In the body of the email you must insert the reasons why you have not been able to send the guest registration through the Alloggiati Web portal and then the guest details.
