  • €10.00. per night in 5-star hotels
  • €7.50. per night in 4-star hotels
  • €6.00. per night in 3-star hotels
  • €6.00. per night in a category 1 holiday home or apartment
  • €5.00. per night in 2-star hotels
  • €5.00. per night in a category 2 holiday home or apartment
  • €4.00. per night in 1 star hotels
  • €3.50. for overnight stays in hostels and mountain refuges
  • €3.00. for overnight stays in campsites and outdoor tourist accommodation

Tourist tax also applies in the vicinity of Rome:

  • Fregene – €2.00 per person per night in 3-star hotels
  • Fiuggi – €1.20 per person per night in 3-star hotels
  • Monterotondo – €1.20 per person per night in 4-star hotels

Please note that the tourist tax in Rome applies for a stay of 10 nights maximum or 5 nights maximum in the case of campsites . After these 10 nights, the tax does not apply.
Currently, no tourist tax is required in the towns of Palestrina and Rocca di Papa.
Rates range between €3.00 and €10.00 per night , adding the supplement to the total that visitors must pay for their stay.
